Hi,
I read the MacBook Pro has a disintegrating substance to know if you open it. Is this substance present on the outer pentalobe screws? I just want to remove the back cover to check if it has water damage, nothing more.

Somebody spun a good yarn! Apple does not have any “disintegrating substance” within or on the screws. They do use thread lock on some screws but thats not how they know you’ve opened the system. Visual damage is the biggest clue (scratches) as well as when the wrong screw was placed in the wrong location.
Legally any sticker that states is voids your warranty if removed has been argued in court and was over turned! Warranty Stickers are Illegal!
Now lets get to the brass tacks here! You want to open the system to check for water damage. Did you have a drink spill or drop your system into a puddle?
Sadly, these newer MacBook Pro’s are less repairable than the older models. The keyboard is not replaceable the complete uppercase needs to be swapped out MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar 2018 Tastatur Teardown

Story: While using my Mac, I noticed and cleaned some drops of water on my screen which may have fell from a wet toothbrush on a shelf on top. Three hours later my Mac suddently turned off. I thought it was the battery, so I plugged the charger and powered it on again. Several errant pink lines started appearing, which then turned the whole screen pink with strange noise patterns. I recalled the water drops, so I turned it off and left it to dry. Next day, the Mac started ok and ran for about 2 minutes, after which the pink errant behaviour started. I turned it off again and now it won't turn on. My guess is it did get wet, however I want to take off the back coverto check if the water damage indicators have turned red.
The Mac is one-week-new but Apple Warranty doesn't cover waterspill.
Thats just a sealer to protect for corrosion. It's not for void protection.
True, Apple takes the LDS stickers as an argument to void warranty coverage. Sorry ;-{
