i have a iphone 7 plus but its icloud locked i got it from my aunt she doesn’t remember her email or password so she gave it to me can rhe icloud lock be remove?

Unfortunately an icloud lock can not be removed from the phone except by the person who has the account.
Since your aunt does not remember her email or password, she would have to provide proof of purchase and possibly other information to Apple for assistance.
Even then, there is a chance that Apple will not assist in retrieval of the icloud account.

hay i had a i pad mini 1 and it was activation locked i decided to reset the password and email and it worked if it works for you then great but make sure that it is not on ios 9
