How to change Sony a6000 battery lid
Hi, my battery lid crack, the whole lid, not just the lock, is there a guide on how to fix it?

Hi,
Here’s a link to a video that shows how to completely dis-assemble the camera.
At 6:29 minutes into the video the section containing the battery cover is seen being removed from the camera.
I do not know if you have to dis-assemble it that far but hopefully the video may help you to at least gain access to the lid.
Have you noticed the cost of a replacement part? There are other suppliers but they are all around the same price. It’s even more if you have this model A6000 It seems a lot to pay for a small (is it plastic?) part

A 25 dollar part on a 500 dollar camera seems pretty reasonable to me.
