creedrowan most likely a “cracked “ LED screen. Post some pictures of the screen with your question so that we can see what you see. use this guide Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen for that. It is entirely possible that the Glass is still okay but the LCD layers is cracked.

LCD displays have multiple layers to them. One of the pieces of the LCD may have been damaged.
