Haier Y11C, display black-screen after login

I’m awarded by Haier Y11C under PM Laptop Scheme, which is now display black-screen after login and cursor motion only

What OS is installed?

Have you tried starting in "safe mode" to see what happens?

Can you connect an external monitor to the laptop and check if there is a display showing on it?

Windows 10 pro

yes, I tried it

also, external monitor display same thing
