My switch wont start, charge, or show any signs of life.

so my switch doesnt show any signs of life. when i dock it in the official doch the green led blinks once and then doesnt blink anymore. im suspecting the m92t36 ic is to blame but how do i find out whats actually faulty on the switch.

the chargeport looks clean without any bent pins, the ac adapter still works, it doesnt even show a charging icon when its plugged in straight to the adapter. when i tried charging it with a power bank the bank does indicate that its charging but thats about it.
