How do I fix a charging port that won't charge? Possibly bent
The charger doesn' t work, it might be bent. Can that be fixed?

Catherine Wilson yes the port can be replaced. You can get a replacement port from places like like this and many others. Anybody with some decent tools and skills can solder a new connector on the board. Replacing the motherboard is pretty much the equivalent of replacing the phone. The repair is identical to this one with the exception of the initial disassembly.

This requires a motherboard replacement to fix a broken charge port as the charge port is soldered to the motherboard. This is the best option if you don’t have good microsoldering skills.
