Which iPhone software tool do you use

There’re a lot of tools which support iPhone software problems, but which one is the most usefull and customer friendly?

For battery checks I’m using coconut battery, but for ‘stuck on apple logo’ or iTunes errors I don’t have a specific tool, anyone any tips/ what are you using?

One of the most useful tools is undoubtedly 3UTools, it supplies plenty of informations about the iPhone, it can help flashing iPhones, backing up data, etc.. I’d say is a must have, but it doesn’t run on Mac Os unless you virtualize it. You can download it here: http://www.3u.com/
