Constant random restarts from black w/ red and blue lined screen

Bought this phone off Swappa two weeks ago and everything has been great until recently. The phone will hit a black screen with red and blue lines then restart to apple logo.

Yesterday I hit a restore on itunes and it had fixed it for most of the day until later last night I got the first restart and now it’s happening when I use the phone for longer than 5 minutes pretty much.
