Purchasing a very large hard disk for much deeper storage

Petabyte storage is what large companies need, it’s not something a person is likely to need. To help put things into perspective lets look at a few sites. As an example Wikipedia is less than 15 Gigabytes! and one of the larger data stores Amazon AWS - A Rare Peek Into The Massive Scale of AWS is in the extreme Exabyte range.
I my self have 8 TB of storage in two external drives (4 TB each) which I rotate as my backup drives and run off of a 2 TB drive on my main system. I doubt you need more than that ;-}
