In the day of feb 1 2019 the touch id of my iphone 6 are not working anymore. If i change or replace the home button if possible that the touch id are will be working again or it will come back?

No the original button came with the phone is paired to the board with encrypted code.
so even if you change it with another gannuin (EDIT - genuine) button, still it won’t come back.
But you can get the broken button repaired.

No it needs to be the original button that came in the phone. Did it just stop working or did you update, drop or have the screen
