Pourquoi l'écran ne s'allume jamais durant le boot // No image on boot

Le model exacte est E5-511P-C5PY (Je ne le trouvais pas dans la liste)

Quand que j’allume le portable, j’ai aucune image et la lumière bleu en avant s’allume et le ventilateur aussi, jai verifier en sortie VGA et HDMI, aucune image.

J’ai essayer plusieurs trucs comme tenir le boutton d’alimentation durent certains temps avec ou sans batterie et avec ou sans corde d’alimentation

When I start up the laptop, I have no images from the screen and the blue light on the front show up, I also check with VGA and HDMI, but also no image.

I’d try multiples tricks like pressing the power button for a specific time with or without battery and with or without Power Cable.
