After taking iphone 4 apart, the screen no longer functions. I realized that i may not have put the screws in the EMF shield in the correct order. According to the one guide, it says that this may cause the lcd to be useless. Does that mean that the screws nicked the ribbon cable and i need to purchase a new front panel assembly?

try opening the phone and loosening the screws. it may help a lot. loosen them so that they hold everything in place but can still be unscrewed easily. im not experienced with the iphone 4 so i dont know if you use ribbon connectors but if you do make sure they are all clean/in securely and properly. i hope you get everything worked out because i know how it feels to not have an iphone
