Can 2017 IMac with i5 7600K users upgrade to 9th gen 9600K cpu.!?
As 2019 iMac use same hardware as 2017 and both use same 1151 socket,
same rebranded 8gb GPU [580x]
but consumes + 4W power, and got higher TDP and don’t know if logic board will support or not.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

I think you’re over stretching things here a bit!
Yes, the outside case is the same, we just don’t know what the internals look like. Apple could have altered a few different things. As an example the 2012 iMac logic board is very different from the 2013 as well as the 2017.
Until someone has taken the new models apart we just don’t know.
Even still we do know Apple likely doesn’t have the new CPU support in the older systems EFI so unless Intel didn’t alter the needed microcode the CPU will likely not work.

Because i have waited 8 months to buy updated 2018 imac, which they didn't release so as my workforce was building up i bought it in January 2019.
So now i feel bad about my decision!!
Sorry guy ;-{ Apple hasn't been very good lately keeping current with the latest CPU's. Even using these newer ones will end up being a generation behind as in a few months Intel is expected to release a newer series of chips.
if its any consolation you could pickup a 7700 for the hyperthreading. sees about 60% gains from that over a 7600. i did that in my mac. 9th gen doesnt work as far as im aware due to apple software limitations, but 7th gen intel works. 'k' variants may need a work around and you cant really use them unlocked on macs anyways so it isnt really worth it. 7700 is the best cpu you can get in a 2017 imac
