My screen is glitching and it has lines, how did I get it and can I fix it?
Please answer, I don’t want it to get worsse.

Electronics in general will have problems after a period of time, those vertical lines on the screen is telltale sign of a defective LCD.
Digitizer and LCD are bonded on iPad mini 4, you have to replace the display assembly (both the LCD screen and digitizer) either by yourself or take it to a reputable repair shop.
