My iPhone 7 ear speaker sound crackling
i replaced the audio IC & checked with another speaker still problem wasn’t solved
and also headphones not recognising
bottom speaker & microphone working fine
what I need to repair to fix this issue

Did you touch this part iPhone 7/8/SE 2020/SE 2022 Earpiece Speaker if you did that can damage it so you would need to replace it.

yes, after replacement also problem was wasn't solved
So I see you changed every thing in that area that works for the earpiece speaker. Now I am assuming that the is some dirt In the ribbon cable that connects it to the logic bored. Take a tooth brush or something similar to that and clean the ribbon cable and the part where the cable connects to, which is on the logic bored.

Change and check the earspeaker this may solve your problem.
