Screen rubber gasket sticking?

So, the rubber gasket around the screen of my MacBook Pro retina is apparently getting sticky…

When the laptop has been closed for a while, it is pretty difficult, if not impossible, to open it with one hand, I have to force a bit with both hands.

Its the rubber that sticks to the case.

I have also noticed that if I take a soft cloth and that I rub the gasket, there is black residues (like fresh black paint) on the cloth, as if the rubber or at least its color was coming off.

is there any way to stop the stickiness ?
