missing a line when printing

Printer works fine EXCEPT that it skips one line on the page! I have cleaned the head and calibrated it. What else could it be??? I LOVE this printer!

Hi,

Is it always missing the same line position on the page?

Does it do this when copying a page using the printer's control panel?

Just trying to determine if it may be only related to printing from a computer and not just printing in general
