Interchangeable Part Question (Main Tuner) DP50747

My Sanyo DP50747 actually turned out to be the Mexican version of this Sanyo TV. (Part number DP50747 M, I've been told. This is why all the parts in the TV are slightly different than the online manual I've been looking at.

Here's my question. I have to replace my main tuner board. Here are my part #s:

Would I be able to replace this board with this part?
