upgrading mb and cpu in a dell latitude e6430

I just bought a used Dell Latitude E6430 laptop and it wont power on. So I’m taking this opportunity to upgrade the CPU and the motherboard. There’s no Service Tag sticker

either anymore. It came with an i7 dual core processor (SROMT) i7-3520M which is a dual core Processor and the mother board is a QAL80, LA-7781 and only runs dual core CPU’s. I want to put a Quad core Processor like the i7 Quad Core 3740QM or the 3840QM Processors, (Which require 45Watts for the quad core CPU compared to the current motherboard only 35 Watts for the older Dual core processors. Basically someone PLEASE give me the model number for a Motherboard that will handle Quad Core Processors like the ones I just mentioned and model number for the Quad Core i7 CPU I can install that work great together on this machine. I spoke to Dell and they couldn’t tell me anything. so I sure hope someone can answer my question for me. Thank you, Dave D.
