My Apple Watch series 3 screen is cracked everything else works. My buddy got scammed awhile back and bought an ICloud locked apple watch and has been sitting on it ever since, it’s the same model as mine. Will I be able to remove and swap screens between the two? Thanks.

Yes, but it’s a pretty hard repair. You also need to transfer the NFC chip to the new screen if you don’t want to lose Apple Pay. Check out these repair guides:
