hi my laptop wont start it goes as far as no bootable devices strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility. press F5 to run onboard diagnostics
i have tried all but nothing seem to work

Go into BIOS and see if a boot drive appears on the Boot list.
If yes select that drive, then see if set to UEFI of Legacy.
Set it to the other, UEFI or Legacy, save and see if it boots up.

What model is this laptop? There should be a small label sticker under the laptop that has the model number printed, service tag can also help too with identifying what laptop this is.
If this laptop has a removable hard drive it may either be loose or the hard drive has failed. In this case the hard drive would need to be replaced and windows will need to be re-installed in order to have the laptop working again.
