I have question about my Airport card. Is it upgradable and if newer ones work faster?

Your system does not offer the needed MIMO antennas and the physical size is different. For reference:
MacBook Air - Single Antenna (WiFi & BT)
MacBook Pro 13” - Dual Antenna (2x WiFi & BT)
