I unscrewed 8 screws to remove body but forgot where it goes back

I thought I had to remove body to change the hard drive so I unscrewed the side screws (2 each side) and the top which had 4 screws to remove ( 2 screws each on left and right top corner).. but each 2 sets of screws are different sizes and I forgot where the sets go in it’s proper place … any chance anyone can help me put the screws back where it belongs?

@mayer thanks for your response.. I was able to put the screws back with trial and error.. i just had to ask because I didn’t wanna mess up anything, but I appreciate your energy for offering a helping hand.. it shows I have a 2009 A1181 model..

i have another question I just posted, but this one I cannot find any solution that works, and I would really appreciate if you can help me out with this.. when you have the time please check out the other question I posted and hopefully you have a solution for it.

Waitaminute - now you've got a 2009 A1278 13" Unibody MacBook *Pro* listed as the computer you're working on. Is it a MacBook, or a MacBook Pro? The steps for disassembly/re-assembly are very different.

Now that you’ve updated to show an A1181 MacBook, here’s a manual that goes through the screw arrangement for that model. The first 10 steps cover the removal of the battery and the removal of the screws holding the lower case to everything else; reverse those steps to reassemble.

There are a lot of different screws holding the lower case to the upper and to the chassis. Get a nice clear area, (ideally) some magnetized #0, #00 and #000 screwdrivers, and take your time. I’ve done it myself many times, and it can be a stressful process.
