Does this have 2 fans like the 2017 model?
Just wondering if this model has 2 fans.
The new entry level machines (1.4ghz) only have one fan.

To clarify!
The new low end 2019 13” systems have one fan! Here is the teardown Teardown des MacBook Pro (13 Zoll, 2019, 2 Thunderbolt Ports)
There is two configs! The low end 2 USB-C ports which have one fan and the higher end models which has four USB-C ports and two fans.

Yes , but I was specifically interested in higher spec models, not the 2 base ones
The four USB-C port models have two fans!
@robin In the case of MBP, models that possess discrete video cards have dual fans.
@v3nuo - The 13" models has intergraded graphics (Iris Plus Graphics 655). The 15" models offer Radeon Pro 555X or Radeon Pro Vega.

As always, the 13-inch only has one fan, and 15-inch has two.

that is maybe not correct, i have a 2017 13 inch. Touch Bar version, that has 2 fans
Like the 2017 MacBook Pro with Function Keys, the 2019 refresh of the 13-inch MacBook Pro has a single cooling fan.
I know the 2 low spec models have 1 fan, particularly interested in higher spec version
The Fn models had one fan the Touch bar models upto 2018 had two fans. Both the 13" & 15" Touch Bar models offer 4 USB-C. The 13" Fn model only offered 2 USB-C ports. Apple is carrying the two port config over for the low end models
