My fire stick isn't turning on

A video I was watching on youtube froze and I turned my tv off trying to fix it, once I turned on my tv my fire stick won't show up on the tv, I've unplugged it for a couple of seconds and put it back in, nothing, and I've unplugged my tv and he the power down for 30 seconds and plugged it back in, nothing, any suggestions? Answer asap.
