Hi,
I just fixed that same problem on mine! No tools or parts.
Just vinegar and a new filter in the filter holder after CLEANING.
Someone had spilled coffee grounds into the reservoir.
I lifted out the water filter holder, (lifts out on the left side of machine, looks like a ladder), it was clogged. I cleaned as many grounds out as I could.
Use a flashlight to look on both sides for ANYTHING that might block the water flow. (Coffee grounds, a piece of paper towel, a dead cockroach, a kids toy, etc.)
I rinsed the filter and filter holder and replaced it. Then, put a paper coffee filter in the filter holder, (no coffee) and ran VINEGAR and WATER on the CLEAN cycle to remove any scale or grounds from it. [To Clean: push “clean" button and the switch up to “ON" position.]
It pumped ALL of the vinegar and water. Since mine had coffee grounds in it, I did it twice. Then, clean water to rinse it. I put a NEW filter in the filter holder and replaced it on the left side. It was ready to make coffee.
It works great and the delicious, hot coffee was my reward - for a JOB well done!
Try this first, it seems to take very little DEBRIS, to plug the water inlet and stop the water flow. I hope this helps everyone with coffee makers not moving water.
