Few keys don't work after water spilled on keyboard

Spilled a little bit of water on my keyboard and took immediate action: shut-down, unplug power, cleaned water and left up-side down for a day. But now the number 1, 2 and 3 buttons don’t work.

Is there something I can try to do? Take apart the laptop and clean possible corrosion?
