My Game Crashes. Error code 2002-4153
My Games on my switch crashes right after I open them up. And the error code turns out to be 2002-4153. I never rooted my switch. Need some help, thanks!

Because your Nintendo Switch downloads the latest Nintendo version update when u are online and it is done automatically. So just check and confirm your present version first for your Nintendo Switch if it does not work we will discuss and look for solution further.

Do you mind to explain deeper about how should I “check and confirm my present version”? That sounds pretty confusing to me. But I truthfully appreciate your help!
My current system version is 9.0.0 btw
