Have you tried booting to Safe Mode? Is it still lagging if you do? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Erased and Reinstalled my macbook over 5 times… Still no avail..

Safe mode doesnt do any good either. tried smc, pram, nvram reset too...

@Ojaswi Jaiswal Please select the CPU tab, in the screenshot you added we see the use of RAM which is not so meaningful. Do not forget the Coconut battery screenshot, just in case, take the screen after you click on "battery info" button.

von

Done as requested

@Ojaswi Jaiswal Battery and sensors seem fine from the further info you supplied, as well as CPU which seems not to be throttled at all. In my opinion data are processed fine, no bottlenecks apparently. I agree with @rav_taylor and I'd also try how things work through the Usb port..a faulty flash drive or data transfer from the drive to the Cpu seem to be involved here and that's where I would focus. Just my 2c.

Same result after a clean install points to a hardware issue. Being a pretty recent Mac I’d find it strange if it was the battery but one never knows and I’d recommend downloading and installing Coconut battery and post a couple of screenshot adding them to your original question: Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen

Other than that we get into board issues, had an Air for repair not long ago that had a faulty CPU current sensing circuitry giving exactly the same kind of issue. Try opening up your Activity Monitor in Utility folder, select it to show “all processes” and post what it is you see keeping CPU busy all the time. I’d bet on “Kernel Task” in this case..

Hey Abraman... I have some weird activity on CPU tab. Whenever I open some new app, the graph spikes up and makes the laptop laggy and slower...

Take a look, please

I had the similar case in my practice, there was an issue with the SSD. I would try to load the clean system from the known good external drive (ssd is better), to exclude the ssd failure. In many cases software diagnostic won’t show SSD problems.

Your system has both thermal and voltage sensors and both can cause your system to go into CPU Safe Mode. This is where your CPU's clock is lowered to keep the system from overheating. This is when the Kernel process is consuming a lot of threads.

Most of the time we see thermal issues or a bad/disconnected thermal sensor. I would install a good thermal monitoring app to make sure that's not the issue like TG Pro using the free version will allow you to see the thermal sensors and fan.

A common cause is liquid damage into the keyboard or trackpad or on your logic board’s voltage sensor has failed or the voltage divider logic is bad.

I have now provided the readings from TG Pro sensors

@Ojaswi Jaiswal - Did you have a spill at some point? A second possible cause is using a spray cleaner sprayed directly on the uppercase and some seeps in.

So either your logic board or the touchpad will need replacement.

never... But the Area Im living now has been experiencing 100% humidity for the last two weeks, but i never took my laptop outside

von

If you are in a hot climate and running in and out of buildings which are air conditioned then the surfaces of your system can be come cool enough for condensation to form both externally and internally!

At this point you need to drive the moisture out of the system. Being very careful here in a slightly warm oven place your system that should do it. Make sure you don't let anyone alter the settings as you don't want to cook your system!

See if that helps.

@Ojaswi Jaiswal - Did drying your system out help?

I have posted the info with the screenshots.

Sound like a software problem or you maybe low on system storage, does it ever tell you your start up disk is full? I would try to backup your data and then do a wipe and reinstall of Mac OS X
