I have no sound on my Mac after hearing a weird noise

Hello,

I opened up my Macbook Pro Retina Mid 2015 couple of days ago to clean fans and change the thermal paste. Everything went well. Today while using my laptop I heard a strange crackling from my left speaker, I somehow pressed the speaker area from the bottom and it stopped. I continued to use it without any more problems and unfortunately forgot about the crackling. After a couple of hours I stood up holding my laptop with one hand(was holding it with the right corner) suddenly my screen went black, but the backlight was still lit up. Then I heard a very strange noise from the right speaker. I shut it down with the power button. Then I powered it back on. Everything works including the screen, but no audio whatsoever. I opened the laptop again and found a loose screw laying on the logic board, it was a fan screw, which got stripped somehow. I unplugged and reconnected all the speaker connectors and the microphone connector. Nothing changed.

Mac is not detecting internal speakers in the preferences(nor in the midi setup). The microphone is not detected either. With headphones plugged in, I can only hear a hiss and static and also is not detected. Tested HDMI audio output and that does not work either. The only way to get sound from the Macbook is to connect my audio interface and get sound from its output.

Ran diagnostics and no issues were found.

I think that the screw shorted the audio circuit. Is this possible?

What can I do? Do I need a full logic board replacement? And is it possible that Bluetooth headphones would work?(I don't have any so I haven't tested)

P.S if this information helps - I had my battery replaced as apple had the battery recall program for my device, not only the battery, but the whole upper case got replaced and they did a bad job, my volume up key is loose or something and a slight touch makes the volume go higher (It is like a touch button).

Review the logic board screws. When you reassembled you put the wrong screw in causing a short MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mitte 2015 Logic Board austauschen
