How do I repair the microphone
This for Motorola G6 1925-6 how can I replace none working microphone that is definitely not working

To be clear, because is a lot of confusion between microphone and speakers, microphones are a input device, if nobody can hear you is a microphone problem. Speakers are output devices, if you can’t hear is a speaker problem.
Microphones in this model are attached to the motherboard with soldering balls, and you need a soldering equipment to do the job.

I was clear - the microphone does not work - no one can hear me (but I can hear them.)
Thank you for the information.
I do not believe the phone is worth the cost and difficulty of repair.

My microphone has also failed - I am wondering, is it a single component or, do you need to replace the whole motherboard ... and is it worth it? Better off buying a refurbished phone? Thank you.
