Display shows a red screw about the speedometer and does not run

So my girlfriend has a scooter, she got into a little accident, and the scooter doesn't run but displays a tiny red screw above the speedometer.

Powers up fine, any idea what this means?

Found the issue… her fall bent part of the upper housing which is plastic… which in turn cut the throttle power wire….

Odd that it would display a red screw….
