How to remove Soti mobicontrol MDM

I bought a iPod touch off of eBay and it has a MDM soti mobile control on it and I want to remove it. It’s in DEP and my last resort will be to email the company managing it, because if this is a missing device they might want it back which is more trouble than I would like to go through. Please help
