Has trouble focusing-have not had this problem before.

My Kodak PixPro has been doing a good job taking pictures of houses and rooms, seeing as how I’m an appraiser. But all of a sudden it’s having major issues focusing on sides of homes and rooms. I go to try to take pictures and it’s not even halfway sharp, it’s completely blurry. This has never happened before and I haven’t changed any settings on it.
