Generally this is a GPU failure. Please give us the size or model number of your Mac, information is located on the bottom of your stand.

Hi Mayer, I do have the same problem, no chime, led 1 and 2 are ON, led 3 and 4 are OFF. My imac size is 21.5 inch and EMC No is 2389.
