Black Screen & “Choose English as Main Language”

Hey everyone,

I know this is common but haven’t managed to find my way out of this one.

My Macbook Pro is stuck on Black Screen, I have done both reset (shift+control+option and control+option+P+R).

When my laptop turns on, I can hear the start up chime. I enter my password and the Apple logo on my mac lights up. Then I hear “If English is the default language used, please press enter”.

From this point I still cannot see a thing on the screen although it is lit. Any suggestions?
