My ps4 showing white light only working on 480p resolution

i accidentally dropped my ps4 after trying to move it and when i turned it back on it would turn to a white light saying on my tv “ not supported”. I did everything switching the hdmi and switching tv before starting safe mode,none of those works lucky thing safe mode did work and allowed me to change the resolution on the console to 480p after that i tried changing the resolution to other things that worked on my tv and it would go to a blank screen saying the same thing . Right now im in the process of hard resetting the console to see if this will fix it please anyone tell me whats the problem is it my hardware or sofware that is acting up after the drop because i really think it might be the hdmi port or the ic chip
