Here’s a link to a video that shows how to replace the LCD screen and digitizer (touchscreen) on your phone. The touchscreen is fused in with the LCD screen so it is easier to replace the complete assembly. They are not that expensive

Replacement LCD assemblies are available online, just search for Oppo F5 LCD screen to get results for suppliers of the part.

If doing the repair seems too daunting a task, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote.

You should know the cost of the replacement part by then ;-)
