My artic air mini cooler USB port stopped working how to replace it

My artic air personal cooler no longer works.The USB port is broke I know because I jiggle cord and the power flashes on and of like a short and changeing cable doesnt help at all.I cant find instructions anywere to fix anything other then the filter.I need to know how to take it appart can anyone help?
