Why is my charging light blinking every second

I don't think anyone could find what is wrong with this thing. I know a lot of people have had this question and I've reviewed a big majority of them but none of the solutions seem to apply to my device. My Nintendo DSi XL won't charge and has a blinking charge light every second, which I know stands for wrong voltage or something but I can't seem to figure out what is wrong. I have tried multiple batteries, the F1 and TH1 seem to be fine and the battery connections look fine. However it won't give me any indication it actually registers the battery. Even when I take off the bottom and directly put the battery on the connectors it doesn't work and still keeps flashing. (Pictures of my device: http://imgur.com/gallery/8ucFNii)
