Chromebook Refuses to turn on

This Chromebook says its a Lenovo 500e but the list didn’t have that option. So it’s the coronavirus break currently and I haven’t been using my school Chromebook in a while until my teachers started assigning stuff. I get it out and try to turn it on and it doesn’t respond. I charge it overnight and check in the morning and it still won’t turn on. (Note: the charger also works for my brother’s Chromebook so I doubt its that) I try holding the power button to restart, won’t turn on. Held the power button and refresh button and still won’t work. What can I do to turn it on?
