More likely to be the water pump itself or perhaps a bypass or other hose nearby to the pump that is leaking. You need to visually confirm what is leaking with an inspection mirror and directing a strong light into the hard to see areas around that pump to see exactly where the water is coming from. There are also a lot of low prices boroscopes that hook up to smart phones these days that can help with tight inspection jobs like this.
