2012 retina 13” MacBook Pro will not turn on or charge

I am trying to fix a Late 2012 MacBook Pro 13” retina that will not turn on with the power button, and the MagSafe charger does not light up. I have tried the charger with another MacBook and it works fine and I tried another charger and the MacBook will not charge. I tried resetting the SMC with no results. I took off the back of the computer and found a water damage indicator that was red on the MagSafe DC board but no other water damage indicator was tripped. Should I replace the MagSafe DC board?
