I just took my unit out of the box, set it up, plugged it in and there is nothing happening! I pressed reset and I still can’t get anything from the unit.
I’m frustrated because I migh have to pack it up and send it back! What a wasted morning!

As you say you will have to return the cleaner for a replacement or a refund.
You shouldn’t have to find out what’s wrong with a new product and you don’t want to risk voiding the warranty by opening it up to find out what’s wrong

I also followed the instructions in the manual, unplugged it, replugged after the reset- nothing! I even tried a different outlet-still nothing!
