No life after changing out the power supply.

A few months ago my Xbox one s wouldn’t turn on anymore, no signs of life also no lights in the power supply. After reading on the internet that the issue probably had to do with the power supply I ordered a new one from iFixit and installed it. However, after installing the new power supply I still have no sign of life. I repeated the process of taking the Xbox apart and installing it back together 3 times so I also think all the pieces are installed correctly. Is there another solution or problem I’m not aware of regarding the Xbox not turning on, or can I declare this Xbox as being dead?
