headphones not working even when part is replaced
my phone stoped playong music through my headphones and stoped charging so i got the part replaced and it still wont work
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

it seems like the problem is the charger and headphones themselves.

my headphones work on other devices and i got the charging port replaced it charges fine now but headphones still dont work

You said that you had the charging port replaced which has the headphone Jack and Microphone included in it. And it still won't work? Was it charging before they replaced the part?
Update (05/07/2020)
Does the earpiece speaker work? Does the regular speaker work? If they both work my guess is the either the charging port connection is not making good contact or the new part that was just installed is defective.
