Lg Tv UJ6300 only can be turned on by plugging in but shows no signal

My LG Tv UJ6300 smart tv w built in wifi, is not responding to remote (even bought a new one) or the power button. I have to plug it in to turn on but its stuck on no signal, on hdmi port 2 which only allows me to hook up computer to do mirror streaming. I cant get to the menu button to input or check wifi, since the only ways to do this is by remote or power button. I also tried uploading remote apps from google and they state unable to locate device. This TV is only 2 yrs old and the LG people cant seem to understand the problem. I hope someone can, Id like to fix it but thinking Im done w LG. Any recommendations on a good cheap smart tv, Ill take those answers as well. Ty
