Nintendo Switch NAND chip broken off
earlier today, my Nintendo Switch was bent. I opened it up, and most of the interior looks undamaged, save for a slight bend between the battery and the main board. the only visible issue with it was the NAND chip. the separate board that it was on was loose, and when I investigated it, I found that the connecting pin assembly had been sheared off.
the main board pins were undamaged. My potential solution, and also question, is: will it be possible to remove the actual chip, and transplant it onto a board with working pins? if not, is there a way to replace/fix the broken connectors? I’ve seen that IC’s have the ability to be replaced, but i’m unsure about this.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?
