I start a game the fan goes loud and then it says ps4 is too hot then shuts down but I’ve already disassembled it the heat sink is fine and the fan is cleaned as well can the thermal paste I used be the problem I use thermal grease instead

did you use something like this? http://www.chemtools.com.au/product/elec... also is the fan plugged back in to the motherboard?

I used HY710 Thermal Grease by Hainziue
And yes it is connected to the mother board
